Sermons by Dr. Carey Davis

Dr. Davis serves as the Executive Director for Chestnut Hill Meals on Wheels, a role she has held for five years. She founded and facilitated CityLights, an urban/suburban partnership and community network, linking Wayne Presbyterian Church and organizations in the Southwest Philadelphia neighborhood, for over 20 years before moving to Mt. Airy. She is a graduate of University of Richmond and Princeton Theological Seminary, and holds a DMin degree in the “Renewal of the Church for Mission” from Palmer Seminary. Carey enjoys facilitating art and
prayer retreats with her artist friend Julie Kring, hosting guests from around the world through Air BNB and Hosts for Hospitals, and spending as much time as possible with husband Gerry, sons Graham and Carter, daughter-in-law Erin, and especially granddaughter Zoe.
