Germantown Xclusive Drill Team was founded in 2003 on the principle of creating a positive environment for young people in the Germantown and the surrounding area to learn and perform creative movement thru the art known as drill. Participants learn drum and step routines that allow them to compete in two different region drill organizations, AMA and EMG, as well as community, citywide and regional events and parades.
Drill Team leadership is composed of parents and community leaders that are dedicated to excellence in the art of drill and to enriching the lives of young people in the community through meaningful experiences. The organization is dedicated to the development young people who are willing to give back to their community.
