Our anniversary weekend celebration is quickly approaching and we want YOU to be a part of it!
Saturday, October 17:
200th Anniversary Banquet from 6-9:00pm in the Longstreth Auditorium. Cost $30 per person, tickets available for purchase in the Longstreth Auditorium after worship on Sundays. Please RSVP by October 9th.
Sunday, October 18th:
Bicentennial Worship Service and Unveiling of Anniversary Plaque at 10:00am. Rev. Nancy Muth, preaching.
Concert featuring Cameron Carpenter, Organist at 3:00pm. Cameron Carpenter is known as “the ultimate maverick of the U.S. organ community.”

The Keystone State Boychoir kicks off our 2009-2010 concert series this Sunday, September 27th. Join us at 3:00pm for a not-to-be-missed performance!
This marks the 50th year of a series of concerts performed at the First Presbyterian Church in Germantown.
Throughout this half century there has been a long list of performers, composers and musical groups who have presented concerts that have entertained audiences from around the greater Philadelphia area.

As you will see, each concert offered this year features a special and unique performance.
As has been true for the concert series throughout these 50 years, there isno admission charge! A free will offering will be collected at each concert to help defray costs.

Beginning Sunday, June 21st the Chancel Choir will begin a new format for the Summer months and we need you!
For the summer the professional section leaders will be off and the Chancel Choir will be an all volunteer choir.
Rehearsals will be held on Sunday mornings beginning at 8:30 AM and ending around 9:40. If you can’t make a commitment for the entire summer, come when you can. 
We will be singing music that is a bit easier than our usual fare with the hope of engaging more volunteers from the congregation.

Each season during our 200th Anniversary celebration, the Christian Education Committee is sponsoring a family friendly event for the congregation and the larger Germantown community. Join us this Saturday as we celebrate Easter!
The Festival begins at 11:00 AM and includes:
Easter Program, Handbells, Easter Egg Hunt, Egg Dyeing, Drill Team, Crafts and Light Refreshments
