The fourth Sunday of each month is designated as Celebration Sunday. The Celebration Singers, an intergenerational choir made up of all who love to sing, lead the music on Celebration Sunday. Also at this service, children who on other weeks leave worship for their church school classes, remain in worship and there is a special children’s sermon. During the first hymn of the service on Celebration Sundays persons come forward to place their donations on the chancel steps of food and financial gifts for the Germantown Avenue Crisis Ministry Food Cupboard.
